A 10-year-old male domestic shorthaired cat with moderate hyperthyroidism. Most hyperthyroid cats show some signs of nervousness, restlessness, or anxiety. This cat became extremely stressed after the car trip to our facility and developed a "panic attack" during the physical examination.
